These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MoreUs application and related services (the “Services”) provided by YONDERA INTERACTIVE LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“MoreUs,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Our registered office is Unit 1021, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Contact us at support@yondera.ai.
These Terms concern the MoreUs service offered through its United States service configuration and this informational website. They do not announce availability in every country or replace separate terms for another service region. Please read our Privacy Policy and Children’s Photo Protection Rules. Where acceptance is required, you agree through the acceptance action presented in the Services. Publication of an updated document does not itself record your acceptance or supply a consent required by law.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you live, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Minors may not register, use the Services independently or use another person’s account.
Photographs submitted to the Services must depict adults only. You must not upload or process a photograph of anyone under 18, including your own child. There is no guardian-upload exception. If you are unsure whether a person depicted is an adult, do not submit the photograph. The Services are not offered as a children’s product.
2. The Services
MoreUs lets you adjust selected photos, create playful animal counterparts, compose finished images or animations, and save or share creations using supported device features. Some adjustments and composition occur on your device; generating a counterpart requires cloud processing.
Generated creations may contain inaccuracies, differ from the source photo or resemble other creations. They are for creative use and do not establish a person’s identity, record a real event or provide professional advice. Review a creation before using or sharing it. We do not guarantee a particular aesthetic result.
Availability, features, allowances and supported formats may vary by app version or service region. Features identified as beta are provided for testing and may change. A purchase is available only when it is actually offered with the applicable purchase disclosures.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information when required, protect your device and sign-in credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not access another person’s account or share an account with a minor. We may reasonably verify your authority when necessary to protect an account or respond to a rights request.
You are responsible for activity you authorize. We remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law. Authentication through a device or third-party account does not replace any separate photo-processing permission required by law.
4. Photo permissions and acceptable use
You must hold the rights needed to submit each photograph, including rights in the photograph itself and the necessary image, privacy and personal-information permissions of every person depicted. Possessing a photograph or finding it online does not automatically authorize editing, cloud processing or public sharing.
Before submission, inform the other adult participants about the intended edits, cloud processing and subsequent use, and obtain the required permissions. Additional permission may be needed before publishing a creation. Your confirmation does not remove our own duties to provide notice, protect information and honor applicable rights.
You must not submit or create unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, impersonating, harassing or discriminatory content; non-consensual intimate imagery; sexual exploitation material; or content involving a minor. Do not evade safeguards, abuse free allowances, interfere with the Services or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict disputed or unsafe processing while investigating.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain your existing rights in the photos you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive permission, limited to the requested purpose and necessary duration, to receive, store, process and display that content to you and to engage service providers to perform the required processing. This permission does not authorize use of your photos for advertising, public promotional showcases, sale or training general-purpose artificial intelligence systems.
Optional human review of photo quality requires a separate voluntary choice. Declining that choice does not remove basic creation features or valid purchased benefits. Withdrawal is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law and to the extent we hold transferable rights in an output generated for you, we assign those rights to you. This does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or freedom from third-party rights. You must still respect the rights of people depicted and other rights holders. Rights in MoreUs software, designs, branding and other service materials remain with their respective owners.
6. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Where paid products are enabled, the purchase screen and the store’s confirmation screen identify the price, billing period, included benefits and any renewal conditions. Those disclosures govern the particular product. An expressly identified testing or mock purchase does not charge money or begin a real subscription.
An automatically renewing subscription continues until cancelled under the store’s applicable procedures. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Cancellation ordinarily affects future renewal; its effect on current-period benefits follows the purchase disclosures and applicable law. One-time purchases do not renew automatically.
Unlocking an existing creation provides access to that result and does not itself generate a new counterpart. Starting another creation may use another allowance as shown in the app. Allowances reserved for a creation that fails during service processing are returned under the service’s failure-handling process. Disliking a completed result does not automatically establish a refund entitlement, but support and all applicable statutory remedies remain available.
Cloud storage is time-limited and separate from purchase benefits. Download creations you wish to keep before their storage period expires. A purchase does not promise permanent cloud storage. Restoring eligible purchases does not recreate deleted or expired photos.
You may request a refund through the store or contact us for assistance. A refund or transaction revocation may remove related unused benefits or further cloud download access. It does not remotely erase files already lawfully saved. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer or refund rights.
7. Saving, sharing and disclosure
You choose where to save and share your creations. MoreUs does not automatically publish them to a public community. Copies saved on your devices or shared with another service are managed through the relevant device or service.
Do not present a generated creation as an authentic record in order to deceive others. Comply with applicable laws and destination-platform disclosure requirements for AI-generated content. Optional MoreUs branding is separate from a legally required disclosure; permission to remove branding does not authorize removal of a required notice or embedded attribution.
8. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains information collection, cloud processing, staff access, retention and privacy rights. Acceptance of these Terms does not itself authorize an optional use or any processing that requires separate permission.
You can request account deletion through Settings in the app. If you cannot access that option, contact support@yondera.ai. Deletion removes ordinary account information and associated online creations, subject to necessary restricted records and backup handling described in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting an account, uninstalling MoreUs or deleting a creation does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You may manage a subscription first or proceed with account deletion immediately. Save any creations you wish to keep. Deleted creations and unused benefits may become unrecoverable; applicable remedies for unfulfilled paid benefits remain available.
9. Complaints and protective measures
Contact support@yondera.ai if a photo was used without permission, includes a minor, infringes your rights or presents a safety concern. You do not need a MoreUs account to report it. Initially provide only information sufficient to locate the content and explain the concern. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or additional photos.
We assess whether access or processing should be restricted, investigate within the appropriate scope, and respond in accordance with applicable law. We may request proportionate evidence of identity or authority. You may request review through the same contact channel and may contact a competent regulator or court.
10. Changes, suspension and discontinuation
We may make proportionate changes or restrictions for maintenance, security, legal obligations or material operational reasons. Where a foreseeable change materially affects paid benefits, we will provide appropriate notice and arrangements for downloads, remaining benefits or refunds as required by law.
We may act promptly against serious unlawful activity or risks to others and provide reasons and review options where lawful. These provisions do not permit arbitrary confiscation of valid paid benefits. Material changes to these Terms will be notified through an appropriate channel; a fresh acceptance or permission will be obtained when required.
11. Responsibility and mandatory rights
We will use reasonable skill and care in providing the Services and take appropriate measures to protect information. Device, network or service-provider failures may affect availability, but a third-party cause does not automatically exempt us from responsibility.
Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. No provision excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer, privacy and personal-information rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law and contact
Subject to non-excludable protections under the laws that apply to you, Hong Kong SAR law governs these Terms. You may bring a dispute before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive requirement to litigate in Hong Kong. Contacting support is not a prerequisite to exercising a legal remedy.
